PXe-BLS Dual Redundancy AC Power Supply with redundancy for mission critical loads

The PX-BLS Series AC output Power Supply is used for mission-critical applications where loss of power would be catastrophic or highly disruptive at best.  The PX-BLS is different to a UPS, as it is powered from two independent energy sources, meaning it is both dual input fed and intelligent, reporting status over TCIP to mobile devices – drawing energy from the available ac or dc sources. Rack mountable and easy to install, its key features are listed below:-

Dual Input Design:

  • Equipped with a 96V / 110V / 220V / 230V AC power supply
  • Also features a 24V / 48V / 110V / 220V DC power supply

  • Specifically designed for the high reliability requirements of communication systems with status reporting

Filling a Gap:

  • Addresses a need between traditional UPS power supplies and ac sine wave inverters

Clean, Stable, and Durable AC Power:

  • Utilises a novel design structure to provide clean, stable AC power for mission critical loads, using two power sources 

Seamless Conversion:

  • A dedicated sine wave inverter that ensures seamless conversion from both AC and DC power supply inputs

High Reliability:

  • Offers the same MTBF / High Reliability as DC power supply systems, focusing dependability for critical applications

No Conversion Delay:

  • Boasts minimal conversion delay during its changeover from available energy sources of ac or dc

No Need for Static Switch:

  • Eliminates the need for a static changeover switch in the conversion process.  There is no changeover time.

AC power supply mode

Namely AC inverter working mode: the inverter employs mains for load when there is mains and

switches to inverter working mode when the mains is abnormal.

 

DC power supply mode

DC power supply mode

Namely DC-dominated inverter working mode: under normal condition,

DC-dominated inverter is under inverter output status all the time; in case

of DC fault, it switches to mains by-pass.
