PX Electronics 330000-C Series three-phase static frequency converters provide conversion from one frequency to another, offering stable, reliable 50Hz to 60Hz and 60Hz to 50Hz power conversion for industrial equipment, marine systems, export testing and manufacturing environments. Designed for continuous-duty operation, the PX330000-C series delivers stable three-phase output and protection for all types of machinery from rotating motors to specialist electrical loads.
Using solid-state IGBT PWM conversion technology, each system converts incoming AC power to DC, then generates a controlled AC output at the required power frequency. This makes the PXe-330000-C range suitable for equipment operating across different global power standards, including imported machinery, export production testing and industrial sites requiring dependable frequency conversion.

PXe-330000-C configurations:
PXe three phase static frequency converters can be configured to suit a wide range of input supplies, output frequencies, installation formats and control requirements. Systems are available for standard 50Hz and 60Hz conversion duties, with 400Hz output options for aircraft or specialist equipment power requirements.
The range covers output ratings from 1kVA to 500kVA, allowing systems to be specified for small test loads, production equipment, larger machinery, and higher-power operational loads. Input and output voltages can be matched to the site supply and connected equipment, helping customers operate machinery or test products under the correct electrical conditions.
Each converter is built around solid-state IGBT PWM conversion with sine-wave AC output and integrated transformer isolation. This supports electrical separation between input and output, while helping reduce noise and improve compatibility with connected equipment.
Operators can monitor key values from the front panel, including voltage, current, frequency and system status. Protection functions are built into the system to respond to abnormal operating conditions such as overload, short circuit, over-temperature and phase loss.
Depending on the project, units can be supplied as rack-mounted, floor-standing or mobile enclosure systems. Remote monitoring and communication interfaces, including RS-232, RS-485 and Ethernet, are available where integration with wider control or test systems is required.

Conformal coating
Additional coating of internal PCBs and selected electronic components to improve protection in harsh, humid or corrosive environments.
19-inch rack mount construction
Available on smaller models where the AC power supply needs to be integrated into an existing rack, cabinet, laboratory bench system or production test area.
Remote watchdog monitoring
Typically offered on models above 50kVA. The watchdog system can provide real-time fault notification via SMS, data history logging, remote operation, and automatic restart functionality, subject to application and site requirements.
Cables and terminations
Input and output cable assemblies, connectors, and termination arrangements can be supplied to suit installation, load connection, and site operating requirements.
Mobile base and handling options
Wheeled bases, rubber castors, and swivel tow bars are available when the AC power supply needs to be moved between test areas, production lines, service bays, or operating locations. This option is suitable for facilities where flexible positioning and practical handling are important.
External Metering
Allows for external kWHr energy metering, useful as some energy meters may be customer preferred, also enabling measurement over individual circuit branches connected to the main SFC output along with customer specific communications
