It does not cover personal data processed by PX on behalf of third parties where PX may act solely under their instruction, should such arrangements arise in future.

While PX does not currently apply encryption or formal certification standards, it takes proportionate steps appropriate to the nature of the data processed.

PX does not intentionally transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom.
Staff or contractors may access data remotely, but processing remains subject to UK data protection requirements.
11. Data Retention
PX retains personal data only for as long as necessary for its intended purpose:
Sales enquiries: up to 6 years after last interaction
Customer contracts: up to 6 years after last interaction
Support communications: up to 10 years from date of purchase
Financial and invoicing records: 7 years
Personal data is securely deleted or destroyed once retention periods expire.
